When a refund applies
The license could not be activated for the server you named. You report the problem to us after payment so we can try to fix it first.
When it does not
Once a license is activated and working, the sale is complete and it is not refundable.
How refunds are paid
We refund the same way we received your payment: to the same card or to the same crypto wallet it came from.
